Here at CrossFit GID we believe that with the right direction and the support of a good community we all can reach our goals. We want to provide a learning environment that is fun and safe for all, no matter what your level of fitness. Our main focus is the progression of all our athletes (clients). With that being said to progress we must stay healthy and free of injury, so proper form and correct lifting techniques are a must. The coaches here will keep your safety a priority all the while pushing you to your limits. We have minimal equipment and the only machines we have are our bodies. We are Level 1 CrossFit coaches and personal trainers with many years of fitness experience. To get to where you want to be you must be willing to change and work hard, that’s where we the community will assist you. The name says it all, to get there you must Get It Done!!
We offer small group classes led by a certified trainer who will motivate you to perform at your best. Each class is designed to challenge you physically and mentally. We strive to bring elite fitness to all individuals, regardless of their current fitness level. Beware, we are not a globo-gym! We have no ellipticals, no smoothie bar, no mirrors, and no excuses!!! Just an intense workout designed daily to suit each individual's needs. It's not easy. You will leave each session feeling exhilarated and exhausted at the same time.
