We all have different motivations and goals in fitness and in life. What's yours?

My goal is to maintain cardiovascular fitness. Our WODs achieve that goal. They also provide great stress relief. My other goal is to live pain free. Unfortunately, we all enter the gym with previous injuries and even degeneration at my age, so I have to be creative with these workouts. My next goal is to gradually strengthen my lower back without pain, not there today!

to be skinny and fine! to feel better, even though my knees kill me, I still want to be able to walk in twenty years, it also helps my mood the endorphins, and thanks to Eric you helped me do something I did not know I would ever do, you helped me learn to love exercise, I hate to miss a day, today my knee really hurting, so took day off but hate to miss
